There is growing interest in embracing neurodiversity in the workplace as a competitive advantage. More and more, employers are seeking advice and strategies to help them do so. We’ve learned that what helps autistic employees to succeed is when employers Ask, Listen and Act.
Ask. How can your business benefit from the talent of autistic and neurodivergent employees? Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of our panels. Submit your questions when registering or by emailing info@worktopia.ca.
Listen. Our panel of autistic and neurodiverse employees, inclusive employers, and social sector partners will address common questions about autism and neurodiversity in the workplace.
Act. Attendees will leave with practical information, resources and community connections to help them take the next steps in embracing neurodiversity in the workplace.
This event is free, however attendance is limited and registration in advance is required.
